Do you ship internationally (outside of U.S)?

• Yes, we ship to other selected countries. Please contact us to inquire about your country's qualifications.

Where are the taxes? 

• Taxation is absorbed into our product retail value. We'd rather skip silly hidden tax fee drama.

My package hasn't arrived

• U.S - Please allow a minimum of 30 days for your package to arrive.
• International- Please allow a minimum of 45 days for your package to arrive.

If the given amount of days have passed, and your package still has not arrived, we will issue you a refund immediately. 

Do you have a retail store?

• Unfortunately, due to the overwhelming maintenance cost and fees, we are unable to launch a brick and mortar store right now.
